Stage hire in Manchester and Greater Manchester
Manchester is roughly fifty miles from our main depot at Drighlington in West Yorkshire — about an hour on the M62, and a route our drivers run most weeks of the season. That puts Manchester, Salford, Stockport, Bolton, Oldham, Rochdale, Wigan, Trafford and Warrington inside a comfortable single-day delivery and collection window.
It also means the stage does not have to sit on your site overnight. If your licence, your ground or your budget will not carry a second day of occupation, we can build in the morning and de-rig after the event the same night.
Where our stages go in the North West
Park and civic events at Heaton Park, Platt Fields, Wythenshawe Park, Alexandra Park and Piccadilly Gardens; town centre events across Greater Manchester; music, sport and community events out into Cheshire, Lancashire, Merseyside and Cumbria. Liverpool, Preston, Blackpool, Chester, Crewe, Macclesfield, Blackburn, Burnley and Southport are all inside the same operating radius.
Access and ground conditions
Manchester events tend to fall into two camps: hard standing in the city with tight access, or parkland with soft ground and a long tow across grass. We will tell you which of the three stages fits your access before you book, and we will flag where trackway or ground protection is worth the money rather than finding out on the day.
How long the build takes
The 42sqm TS42 is standing in around 40 minutes. The 61sqm TS61 is fully erected in under three hours. We run 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, so an overnight or pre-dawn load-in is normal work.
