Stage Hire in Leicester, from a Leicester Depot
Event Equipment Hire runs three depots: West Yorkshire, Dumfries in Scotland and Leicester. The Leicester yard is what makes the East Midlands quick and cheap to serve, the stage, the vehicle and the crew all start the day in the region.
From Leicester, most of the East Midlands is inside an hour: Nottingham, Derby, Coventry, Northampton, Peterborough, Milton Keynes, Birmingham, Rugby, Loughborough, Corby and Kettering.
Where Our Stages Go in Leicestershire and the East Midlands
Civic and park events at Abbey Park, Victoria Park, Market Square, Bradgate Park and Bosworth; carnivals, melas and community festivals across the city; county shows, sports days and school events across Leicestershire, Rutland, Northamptonshire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Warwickshire.
Why a Local Depot Changes the Quote
Trailer stages are hired by the day, but the real cost driver is how far the vehicle and crew have to travel and whether they stay overnight. A stage delivered to Leicester from a Leicester yard carries none of that. It is also why we can be realistic about short-notice bookings in the Midlands when a supplier three hours away cannot.
How Long Deployment Takes
The 42sqm TS42 is deployed in two to three hours. The largest 61sqm stage is fully deployed in under three hours. We operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
