Festival stage hire — main stages, second stages and what they cost
A festival main stage does not have to mean three days of scaffold build. Our stages arrive on their own trailers and are standing in under three hours, roofed, weatherproof and load-rated, with PA wings, rear wall and front valance ready for your branding.
What a festival stage costs
From £1,700 a day for 42sqm, £2,250 for 55sqm and £2,600 for our largest 61sqm stage. Weekend rates run from £2,500 to £3,750 and weekly rates from £2,750 to £3,950. Delivery, build and de-rig are included.
Branding
Branding can be applied to the PA wings, the rear stage wall and the front valance. Artwork specifications and guidelines are available on request — ask when you check your date and we will send them with the quote.
When to book
For weekend events between May and the end of September, book on or before the start of the new year. Bank holiday weekends and the first weekends of each summer month are routinely booked one to three years ahead, mostly by returning customers.
Also hired for festivals
- Mobile LED screen hire — day-bright side screens and main stage relay
- Mobile grandstand hire — tiered seating and raised viewing platforms
- Mobile stage hire — the same stages for non-festival events
