Authorised Signatories
Only the people named below can bind Event Equipment Hire Ltd. No other employee, agent, contractor or representative of ours can vary our Conditions of Hire, accept your terms, agree a discount, waive a charge, agree a refund or credit, or sign or accept anything on a supplier portal. This applies however senior their job title appears and however long they have dealt with you. Please check this page before relying on anything said, written or signed by anyone at our company.

What counts as a signature
A variation to our Conditions of Hire is binding only where it is in writing and signed by an Authorised Signatory. Signed means signed by hand, or executed through our designated electronic signature platform so as to produce a completion certificate recording the signatory name, email address, IP address, device, and the date and time of signature. Nothing else counts.
An email, a telephone call, a conversation on site, a text message, a portal entry, a purchase order or a site instruction does not vary our Conditions of Hire, whoever it comes from.
You do not need to sign anything to book
This page is about changing the contract, not making one. A booking is formed when you accept our quotation in writing, when we receive the reservation fee, or when you let us begin work. See clause 2 of our Conditions of Hire.
Changes to this list
This page is the current list. We update it here when it changes. The version in force for your contract is the version published on the date your booking was formed. If you need a dated copy for your records, ask us and we will provide one.
