Should you choose to enter into a hire/purchase contract with Event Equipment Hire Ltd, we will use this information to issue contracts and raise invoices for payment.
We may need to use your data for the management of supplier related activities, such as selecting suppliers.
We may use your personal data to keep in contact with you to discuss a quotation we have provided to you, at your request.
With your permission, we may use your data to keep you informed by email/telephone of special offers, promotions and events which we think may be of interest to you. You can opt out of this at any time.
Will we share your data with anyone?
We may need to share your data with trusted third parties to fulfil a contract with you. For example, delivery couriers, sub-contracted suppliers or freelance crew. How long will we keep your personal data?

When you place an order, we’ll keep the personal data you give us for five years, so we can comply with our legal and contractual obligations. In the case of certain products, we’ll keep the data for 10 years.
