## Company

Event Equipment Hire Ltd (EEH Ltd) began in 2004 and now supplies event infrastructure to more than 500 events a year across the UK and Ireland. In 2018 the company rebranded and expanded, acquiring KL Seating and JFH Mobile Grandstands and opening a Scottish depot. In 2019 it acquired the grandstand division of A3 Events.

TS42 specification:
- As a trailer: 7 m long (plus 1.5 m A-frame), 2.55 m wide, 3.7 m high, 2,600 kg, centre twin axle
- As a stage: 7 m wide across the front, 6.3 m deep front to back (can be built to a reduced 4.4 m depth), 4.6 m approximate overall height, 3.5 m internal stage height, floor height 1 m to 1.2 m depending on ground conditions
- Build time: approximately 40 minutes

Larger stages are fully erected in under three hours. Branding can be applied to the PA wings, the rear stage wall and the front valance; branding guidelines and artwork specifications are available on request.

Festival-scale staging for music festivals, county shows and large outdoor events, using the same 42–61 sqm trailer stages plus larger builds. Sizing guidance: a 42 sqm stage suits smaller community festivals and second stages; 55 sqm suits mid-size festivals and town centre events; 61 sqm suits a festival main stage with full production, PA wings and backline.

Four trailer-mounted mobile LED screen sizes. Screens are day-bright, rotate fully, elevate, and are weather-rated for UK outdoor use. Delivered, positioned, set up and operated by our own crew, with technical support throughout the event.

## Mobile grandstand and tiered seating hire

Six trailer-mounted grandstand sizes from 90 to 181 seats. Because the stands are trailer-mounted they are towed directly to site and deployed by our crew on arrival — typically within hours rather than the days a scaffold-built tiered seating system requires. Multiple stands can be combined for larger audiences. Stands are supplied with the documentation event organisers and local authorities require for temporary demountable structures.

## Event transport and logistics

Our own HGV fleet moves stages, screens, seating, production and site infrastructure to and from event sites across the UK and Ireland — including third-party equipment we did not supply, for event organisers and production companies. We operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, including overnight get-ins and get-outs.

## Booking

- Weekend events between May and the end of September should be booked on or before the start of the calendar year.
- Bank holiday weekends and the first weekends of the summer months are frequently reserved one to three years in advance, largely by returning customers.
- Equipment viewings are offered during the quieter winter period, subject to a confirmed reservation. Video calls are available year round.
